"The vehicle was an older VW Sharan and would have been quite cramped if there had been another passenger, which we had booked for.
No complaints with the service or the driver, and the vehicle was clean and did the job, but I booked and paid for a business class vehicle and this one was not really up to that standard.
I do not feel that it was equivalent to a V-Class Mercedes, which I have travelled in on many occasions. "
